Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Streak Bubble account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Streak Bubble and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
4. Confirm your identity if prompted (you may be asked to sign in again for security).
5. Confirm the deletion. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request:

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile, username, and account credentials
• All goals, streaks, and completion history
• Streak Album photos and videos, from cloud storage
• Friend connections, buddy assignments, and stakes
• Notification preferences and device tokens

What may be retained

Some limited data may be retained after account deletion where required:

• Records we're legally required to keep (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal compliance)
• Anonymized or aggregated diagnostic data (e.g., crash logs) that no longer identifies you
• Content you've shared with other users that they have separately saved outside the app, which is outside our control

Timeline

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 30 days.
