Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Streak Bubble app for iOS, Android, and Wear OS/watchOS (the "App"), developed by Afzaal Ahmad Zeeshan ("we," "us," "the Developer"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Streak Bubble. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Community Guidelines
Streak Bubble includes social and user-generated content features (Streak Album, Discover feed, friends, comments/reactions). You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes another person's rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, including in response to user reports and blocks.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the goals, photos, videos, and other content you create in the App. By posting content marked "Friends" or "Public," you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content to the corresponding audience within the App, for as long as your account and that content exist.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Streak Bubble Plus and any other paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms, payment, refund, and auto-renewal policies. Prices, features, and free-tier limits may change over time.
6. Health and Fitness Data
Auto-tracking features that read Apple Health or Google Health Connect data are provided for convenience and are not a medical device or medical advice. Do not rely on Streak Bubble for any medical or health decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it by means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that auto-tracking will always accurately detect goal completion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
